Church Basement Ladies Featuring M*A*S*H's Father Mulcahy William Christopher

Inspired by the books of Janet Martin and Suzann Nelson, Church Basement Ladies has been selling out shows in Minneapolis for the past 25 months and now they are coming to Mesa Arts Center.  This hilarious musical comedy is a celebration of the church basement kitchens everywhere and the unsung women who work there.  This new musical comedy, led by William Christopher of M*A*S*H* fame, weaves the escapades of four women and their relationships as they solve the problems of a rural Minnesota church in 1964.  Funny, touching and down to earth, audiences "will laugh till their sidedish hurts" with the ladies' hilarious antics.
